We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX designer to lead the design efforts for our cutting-edge SaaS products. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and innovation.
Your Role:
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and innovation
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
- Experience conducting user research and applying findings to improve UX
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
