FitSync is a wellness mobile app designed to empower users with personalized workout routines, nutrition plans, habit tracking, and 1-on-1 coaching—all in one sleek interface. The client sought a complete revamp of both their mobile app UI and marketing website to boost retention, downloads, and in-app engagement.
We kicked off the project by conducting research on user behaviors across fitness apps. Using Figma, we developed clean, intuitive interfaces that supported workout tracking, goal setting, and meal planning. On the backend, we used Firebase for real-time data storage and authentication while integrating Notion’s API to fetch content for blog tips and fitness resources.
